I feel a insto is positioning themselves for the readout - maybe they were overbought on OPTA and maybe swapping these out for OPT in anticipation for a sweet CR deal. Regardless - first time I have seen so much volume at a specific price and I am happy to buy some to mix in with my OPTB and OPT
