predominantly classic do not respond well to OPT but FDA probably forced opthea to include this subtype in ph3 study (despite being only ~12% of total wet amd population - lucky for us it’s only 10% of total patient pool for ph3




The big money is in occult and minimally classic (75%+ of patients) and opt performs very well with RAP absent . PCV is even better. 80% of Coast patient pool is occult and PCV which are by far the best responders to OPT. In summary, I think 5 letters for COAST probably the minimum we will see.
