For big pharma, the $1.2B that OPT is worth today is really just small change—honestly, it would be a rounding error in the context of a competitive negotiation. Depending on P3 outcome of course if there are 5+ letters and in 2026 OPT gets the biologics license and the global deals then $10 is very realistic in 2 years.
