Thanks mate .. yeah I did have a crack at that last night but keep getting errors so have submitted a support ticket.
Still perplexed as to why 'listed options' did not drop in to the broker account automatically just like the capital raise allotted shares? Also, the notation the options are unlisted when they are in fact listed but perhaps this is how it works when issuer sponsored compared to a HIN holding
