I have had a look and cant find anything, anywhere!
Why change and agreement that would have presented reasons ( e.g oppies ) for share holders to buy in on this fund raising venture IN THE FIRST PLACE ?
Whats the point of reinstatement of the oppies if no one has access to them.
Are shareholders gonna be given opportunity to pull out of fundraiser if they are not happy with the changes.
