It was proposed as a fund to get the pilot plant making gold and providing millions of dollars of gold within a 2 year time period.
It was made clear to everyone at the time that this was to get the pilot plant tuned up to make actual gold, small amounts but enough ounces for around 1 to 2 million a year.
Not to pay Mats 400k salary, and not to fund work on thinking about a design for a full scale plant.
