I don’t think $150m sale price is out of the question. They already have $120m incl the royalty. With the recent surge in gold price it has to be possible even for the existing bidder to up their original offer and close it out.
question is will Gino get major shareholders to accept it. It does worry me that they could raise 13 million in spp which is about equal to he 15% they were going to keep themselves after distribution of sale proceeds.
