This means they can actually reject traders and people who don't deserve them (i.e. trolls, pump/dumpers, miscreants, vagabonds, Democrats, faith healers, etc)

As for me, well, in the rights issue shortfall a few years ago I backed up the truck.

A smart company doesn't turn down money when it's on offer. You all had/have a chance to take your fill.
