Which doesn't make much sense, as the 'reasoning' behind it was the enquiries from existing shareholders and only existing shareholders. Also appears to be no upper limit, with a minimum of $10,000. I know NTL has a rather colorful history for asking for money, but really? It doesn't make no sense.
Most rational explanation for this is that a non-shareholder wants to pump in a few hundred grand or even millions for easy returns. Quite suspicious to say the least. Would be nice to have some more transparency as to the executive's thought process. More than 'shareholder enquiries' at least.
