Seems a bit silly, just when I thought I was about to be proven wrong about NTL. I was quite excited too. Management isn't there to succumb to the whims of investors wanting more than their allocation, there's a whole reason why there's an allocation in the first place. There's also the responsibility of minimizing dilution and seems like a poor use of company capital as they are fully funded with 1.7m raised out of the 1.5m required. Why do they need extra cash now to get to the next step when they are fully funded to generate cashflow to fund further exploration and so forth. Not the best way to allocate company resources and time? Seems like they just want more capital and are using the guise of opening it up due to other investors wanting more allocation than their shortfall, if that was the case then why open it up to all investors? they risk now if a shortfall under performing (which it very may well do so) hammering the growing optimism the last few days after a successful SPP raise and a calls to doubt the interest behind investors wanting more than their allocation. I see an emerging pattern with NTL. The reasoning for this does not work with logic.

NTL is really making it a hard case to want to invest and be loyal to them, or vouch for them, this isn't the first time this has happened. SPP, good news then SPP open, happened several times. I saw the good news today and I actually thought that there would be a chance that a shortfall would come, not surprised but quite mind boggling.

    Milking them teets.
