Are my maths totally out?
Initially every holder could have purchased an additional 2,181,818 shares. If all holders (roughly 2,749 of them) took this up it would result in 5,997,818,182 new shares. That's nearly 6 billion totalling $41m in cash.
Now my calcs say they actually issued $1.7m or 252,204,137 shares.
So the shortfall is 5.745 billion shares if I am calculating this correctly.
Can anyone else check this, it seems absurd?
