Yes.... If only the shareholders with +10,000 shares or more participated, that's still 665 people who only get a $1,500 allocation each.
If only half these people participated , that's 332 people who would only get a $3,000 allocation each.
Let's halve that again saying only 165 people participated, that's still only a $6,000 allocation each.
You would be crazy to sell $30,000 worth of stock today at 27c to then only get back $6,000 worth in the SPP.
The SPP is actually super positive as it gives them another +6 months to get the best sale price possible with little dilution.
