Surely the SPP will be a waste of time and energy and shareholder funds unless they can provide news worthy of at least an increase above 1.1 cents. The options within the deal are at best a token guesture which i put little value in overall.
So here we are , do those willing to risk more money on ANW buy up in the SPP before the news arrives to ensure they get their slice, or do they wait for news to drive SP above 1.1 to take part and potentially risk missing out by management closing SPP early or oversubscribed. This is the decision weighing on many ANW bulls heads at present and would love to know how deep the"faith" is in this stock. As it is not a large raising, i suspect it would not take much of a roll on to become oversubscribed.
And i too have a dilemma, in that i made a commitment to myself not to put one cent more into ANW until sales are announced and some forward looking projections as well to make an informed decision, but the carrot is being dangled at 1.1 cents and the other option of an on market buy at 1 cent or less is also a play (which does nothing for the company in raising cash), which i continue to find tempting purely because my average sits at 1.7 cents and would clearly be an opportunity to average down.
At present I am holding firm to my commitment but it is getting harder with each hour of the trading day that passes, not to take the plunge at a bargain, or probably more correctly worded a gamble.
