Notice dated 12 March 2013 states the company would issue shares at 30-day VWAP in lieu of loan and interest. No mention of 10% discount on that. But I guess it's a case of he who owns the company makes the rules. And no, offering shareholders the same price does not make this right. Not all shareholders have the spare cash to take up the offer.
