My calculations are this....SP at 20% VWAP is based on 0.014. Just averaging what happens to other Companies
that do the same formula and there average SP when they start the CR proceedings till judgement day.
So 20% less 0.014 is 0.0112 . Patterson s will underwrite to one million. CTL state they want a million but maybe more figure 15% , the rationale of this figure is due to they will do another CR in the future and don't want us stretched to much at any one time.
