So 20% less 0.014 is 0.0112 . Patterson s will underwrite to one million. CTL state they want a million but maybe more figure 15% , the rationale of this figure is due to they will do another CR in the future and don't want us stretched to much at any one time. We shareholders do very much remember Capital Raisings. Also that Woods Point Gaffneys Creek are is renowned for it.
