My favorite lines:

"aiming at reducing operating expenses by 20%" - TAKE A PAYCUT!

"$0.68" - are these guys purposefully being morons? Will they have to retract and send out another now?

"Non-buyers will have their holding diluted" - is this a threat or does he know something?

Also, it makes me feel weird when he says "your company". I bet you he pulls ponytails at cafes.

Still, in saying that I am a buyer at .006 and .005, that will get my average down nicely. Even if they get a loan to get this over the line, it's still good buying.
