Unfortunately NTL management , like most ASX small cap companies, arent completely transparent, and fudge figures and gloss announcements too often. Over promising and under delivering yet still expecting cash injection whilst maintaining their salaries and bonuses. In my opinion, most fo these people are nowhere near as experienced as they would have you believe. Not when you see the end results and poor estimates of timeframes.

ITs a good project and I hope it comes to fruition soon. For now, place your bets this is going to 0.5c by close of June. Got my order in at 0.4.
