The problem is even if this got environmental approval there is very little chance this would get funding to go into production anytime soon. Supply of lithium has increased much faster than demand especially from the hard rock producers in Australia and is still increasing. We are starting to see the beginning of a period of massive oversupply which may force some companies to go under as the price of spodumene falls. I doubt Sayona would be profitable in this environment.
