EXTRAORDINARY ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON JANUARY 15, 2020 RE EXTENSION OF THE CAPITAL INCREASE RESOLUTION- Advertisement -Altech Advanced Materials AG ("AAM / the Company") (FRA: AMA1) invites you to its Extraordinary General Meeting on January 15, 2020 at 1:00 pm in its offices. The most important point is the extension of the deadline for implementing the capital increase resolution of 17 July 2019, which expires on 16 January 2020. The deadline is to be extended by three months until April 16, 2020. This is done against the background that the approval of the prospectus required for the capital increase took longer than expected and thus the time until the deadline for implementing of the capital increase resolution is no longer sufficient for a well-organized private placement, especially because of the upcoming Christmas holidays.The prospectus for the capital increase was approved on November 29, 2019 by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority ("BaFin"). It is now available on the Company's website at https://www.altechadvancedmaterials.com/en/rights-offering. The subscription period for the capital increase for all existing shareholders is from 3 December 2019 to 16 December 2019. The Company expects to raise between 5 and 10 million Euro in this capital increase aimed at private investors.According to the financing strategy of the company, it is intended to raise larger volumes in the private placement. For this purpose, family offices, institutional investors, etc. are to be engaged. To this end, the company also works together with well-known banks, which support the capital raising process.
