From the AAM EAGM announcement (thanks scarr) "Existing shareholders should use the subscription period from December 3, 2019, to December 16, 2019, to participate in the project, since the following private placement is open to institutional investors and therefore a purchase of New Shares is no longer expected for the existing shareholders"
This leave a three day window from Mon 16/12 to get results of AAM raising from existing shareholders before the ATC SPP closes on Thur 19/12. We should get some news in that period to help guide our SPP decisions.
