In the midst of the sell down, I thought we should recap what was discussed at the AGM in November 2019 in particular the points re CR and options. I think TB wants to reward current holders with the SPP at 3.3c plus free options (exercisable at 6c) as KRROB is likely not going to be in the money.
I like to think that the PFS will be announced before 31st July 2020, then those who qualify can decide whether to participate in the SPP. There are about 5 weeks left til 31st July 2020 and I am feeling positive.
I am feeling positive because I believe in the Character of TB. Since I met him at the AGM, I have invested in other two listed companies whom he was a major shareholder; the result is a 1 bagger and a 2 baggers as of today. And yes, I did buy on the very next day.
Hence, I remain confident for the future of KRR. Hang tight everyone!
