With the amount of shares on issue, its hard to see this being able to run anywhere.
If they raise the $4m at that price, that'll be another 2b SOI taking it to near on 11.5b SOI.
Every .001 in SP change will affect the MC by $11.4m.
Hardly seems viable, a consolidation would have to be a certainty post raise. If it's not, jesus, couldn't touch this at all.
