What I said is Fresh’s business model, finding all the SI that r interested and acting as the broker to the lead institutions in case any shortfall. If u r a SI, u can register at its website and apply for any placement u r interested. But u won’t get any popular placement.
This is the first time I c a CR is lead by Fresh. Till now haven’t seen an announcement that Fresh became a substantial holder or even took a part of any CR itself.
