It's a good question and you have every right to be frustrated. Sometimes the reality is very different to the image we have in our minds of what the company is capable of. The only reason I can think of for the SPP is the company probably wants to let retail investors get in on the action. OPY now needs to prove itself if it is to grow as a company and in stock value. The time is approaching where Michael won't be able to use the "OPY is down because the BNPL sector is down" line, because most of them are cruising above the clouds now while we are skimming tree tops with a spluttering engine. I'll send them a message to reflect how we (some holders) are feeling, and try and get our frustrations heard.
