what a convoluted SPP scaleback, lesser of the 46% of what we applied for or what we held? Was first in best dressed mentioned in the scaleback terms or did they just make that up now?
People who committed prior to the 7th receive their full allocation whilst others don't even though they both paid before the closing date.
