but who really controls the shares on the list...dont expect that the name on the list is the person who controls the shares...this is a way that insiders can conceal their true holding positions...they can distribute to friends, relatives, business associates to keep their official holding below 5% and virtually out of sight..(who hasn't "loaned" shares to an associate? not me !!...it's probably not legal but almost undetectable).
