    as said i am no longer a shareholder, and my losses weren't significant anyway, for me it was more a matter of principal, so i'm not in a position to take part in any militant action...i dont think the top twenty shareholders list is relevant...but the complete list may be.

    if you look at the latest voting results you will see that only about 30% of shares participated, this doesn't mean that insiders only control 30%, it only means that 30% was all that was needed to pass the motions...when it came to more contentious issues last year they managed to muster slightly over 50% yes votes by total shareholder numbers, so i have no doubt that in reality insiders will always manage to hold power...but if anyone wants to risk putting up the money to find out?

    if they manage to get around that problem i suggest a shareholders nominee be appointed to oversee activities in the gold room and all stages of the gold recovery process...as they say, the golden rule: he who has the gold makes the rules (and he who has the key to the gold room can determine how much gold is "recovered" for shareholders benefits).
