    I don’t get this at all, there is no minimum and, it would seem, the people who own the majority of shares, don’t have to put any in.
    Why would anyone else?
    What if they only get $200k, where does that leave us? Is it setup to fail?
    For what purpose?
    But they could also put in some later, as there is no maximum. Are they waiting for some results and decide after they see them?
    All a bit weird to me
