    Untill this purchase plan is complete and shares have been washed through (from the spp), we won't pass 0.004c.

    While the price and availability of being able to buy below the spp price, the spp will fail. If the price stays the way it is at 0.003c, convincing sophs and instos will be difficult to fill a shortfall.

    Board needs to support on market for funding to be successful.
    So far the board has failed to deliver prior to CR.
    Can they deliver during the CR at least?
