Sorry mate, the price isn't down due to "market uncertainty". The real reason it's down is because the board hasn't been supporting this the way they should and the management hasn't been meeting expectations of the market & shareholders. This raise doesn't cover us for drilling just to feed the management for a little longer as they work on AVM as their side hustle to ARR. We don't have 3 exciting tenements. We have Augustus and Bullard only.
The company needed money, it's being done much lower than hoped for but we are nowhere near launching a drill campaign nor are we funded.
This is the realistic picture to the things you mentioned.
Now how can we fix this and help AVM move in the right direction? Should we have a management that's more active for AVM and solely focused for us?
These are things I hope the board discuss. I want to see my money back! I know all the investors here do as well. It's about time we put the right pressure for them to focus for shareholder value.
