Not unachievable, but will take quite a while, minimum 2yrs imo. The forestry service paperwork moves very slowly, their focus is on people and trails, not companies and drill rigs.
Offload the forestry assets, spin out Elko to a private vehicle and become a proper shell. That should have been the game plan here.
