    The ASX is littered with dog stocks that remain listed by having capital raisings. EMP previously OBL is no different here. An investor presentation is the norm before asking for money show casing the exciting prospects for EMP if we have the money to execute. I have heard it all before.

    The bottom line is management need to continue to be paid their salaries otherwise administration.

    It's a dog eat dog world.
