Interesting that the raise from institutional investors (including retiring debt with shares to Vernon Wills) came with options exercisable at 0.005 while the SPP does not get any options.
This company just seems to be something that takes money from retail shareholders and passes ever more ownership to insiders so retail will see less of any upside (should there ever be any upside).
Anyone see anything different - I see no mention of options!
