Management is under no obligation to say anything until it is binding , and even then an investor showing interest in a company is not something that needs to be disclosed unless material . A reminder these pops are not always pump and dumps, there is usually something going on . HIO had one pop to 5.1 cents a year ago, and now this one to 4.0, one of these days the rally may stick.
The break above 2 cents was on this potential investor, the brief pop to 4 cent was probably pretty technical as HIO broke its bearish trendline. The investor has walked away at this stage, so seems life above 2 cents could end very quickly , today will be telling 8-( . At least HIO has another $1 mill inthe bank at 2 cents rather than 1 cent
