But yes impressive the way HIO is being run on an oily rag waiting for the investment cycle to turn back towards materials and development . Never had a vehicle before where only raising $1-2 million wouldn't be seen as under raising , whereas with HIO you know that amount can last years.
But near term no positive catalyst for HIO. MGT (cousin) share price action has gone toxic again , HIO pricing period for new shares is a month away and HIO is back below critical 2 cents . Downgrade to hold
