the announcement certainly seems bizzare!
as a biased holder of NUF it appears to me to be some sort of 'signalling' to insiders that you cannot trade on inside info. the wierd thing though is this is normal procedure, and shouldnt require an announcement to the market.
the announcement seems like an admission that something is brewing, which is the bizzare elemement.
will be interesting trading next week me thinks....
