I'm with you, seems odd. Does anybody have a take on Item 4 which will be voted on at the AGM? This has to do with so-called Proportional Takeover Provisions and the ability of the board to delay a transfer of shares until the shareholders vote on the transfer. If it passes again, the directors and company are partially protected from a takeover it seems.
Must be more to come, hope it sends the sp north.
