I tried to find reference to two villages for GTY that are down this way. Any other areas missing a listing. Maybe they were just managed but I would think that any asset or costing would be contained in the investor prez. Very odd.
Has anyone here actually gone to a GTY site ? Had a chat with tenants or park management ?
I have and it was a sobering chat.
