re: Ann: Sedgman application dismissed. Dispu... It sounds like they put some invoices in along the way that were basically sent back by DML saying, 'What is this for? This is not in the scope of works'. At the end Sedgman tallied all the unpaid invoices together and sent them all as one invoice for $20 mil with a note saying pay up in seven days. DML said 'see you in court'. I think There is a mention of DML having to pay something like a $ million.
