Coal2Liquids is one possibility and realise that any so called Qld Gov't/Federal Ban on Shale Oil is ONLY around the Barrier Reef/Mackay district and not around the Surat/Back of Ipswich Qld area of New Hope Holdings. CTL is of course the chief Obama interest in Developing.
One should also consider that NHC is a 18%ish Holder in Arrow/AOE.Arrow is touted as a possible TakeOver Target by Shell whatever.There's another Special Dividend possibility there 2011?.
