Considering Veolia is a neighbour, maybe they could have some answers.

As for your allocating more funds to it from your hard earned, one wouldn't think the share price could go very much lower but I wouldn't add to my holding even if you gave me the money.

I think what's really going on is sector wide. Zinc has become a really unloved sector, why? I don't know. The investment thesis stacks up pretty well. Growing demand, tight supply. Something will give eventually.
