they mention the capital raising for a reason. You need to sound the market and you need to let the market know. There is a lot of prep work leading up to the capital raising that is not too far away. You will be trading uninformed if they do not announce it now.

plus gives certainty about the raising now some more info is made available. Which a few posters have been yearning for certainty.

the announcement says 15 million minimum. That is half of what we last known to be the minimum required. I speculate that the reason for this lay in the improving economic of boseto. We no longer requires large cushions for continuing losses like we did earlier in the year while restructuring efforts is ongoing. The improving prices helped too.
