This was a wise decision by Steven and his team. Remember that we shareholders only raised around half of the $ 2m being sought at the recent CR. So with the prospects of a further CR looking grim a JV with a partner like MMG looks like a good option. This will guarantee that our company survives until at least 2020 and will fast track the exploration program. A 30% stake in a significant find will lead to a much higher share price in time or it will lead to zero if nothing is found. This one is going in the spot under the bottom drawer!
