The best CSG deals are those that never pump a molecule. If EXR proves up its potential then it will not survive. It will be taken over. That is why Cottee is there. To maximise its potential.
This is an extremely large project. This reminds me of Pure Energy. It got down to 0.5 cents and was sold without pumping a molecule. At over $8 from memory.
