luck/chance/coincidence does play a role in life.
however it’s not about luck eg as 88e claimed it knew where is the best location to drill but still went with other company’s recommendations even though they didn’t agree with that recommendation. That’s gambling with my/our money.
On top of that coming out after the fact and using that as an excuse.
By the way 88e ie management have already gotten lucky having their noses in the trough, hitting oil is a bonus for them.
