The bears have no shares folks. This stock is on the radars of some big players now. Blackrock and Resolute are lining up. I think that minor dilution for Blackrock might be a positive. Perhaps they are the buyers topping back up to the 15% level? The buying looks like an insto. Nice to see the stock hold this higher level.
