Like Ash, I really doubt SHV would consider macadamias in Hawaii.
As for Australia, the centre of successful commercial development has been around Bundaberg. But the recent issue with Paradise Dam puts a big question mark over the economic viability of that region - water prices have gone up more than 500% in the last 12 months.
