The TIM administrator wants the projects wound up so that they can then sell the orchards, land and water rights unencumbered. Much easier to sell in that case.
The question at the moment, which is currently being heard in the Supreme Court, is whether a new Responsible Entity would be accountable for the existing RE's debts. If they are then I can't see the growers getting anyone to take over the RE role.
