I was very bullish until I became aware from some communications that the problem is in the structures and who owns the land. That essentially some of the schemes have 2 parties the landowner with a rental and the growers with the crop. Then if the grower had taken out loans these can be with anyone and portion can be owing to TIM. Its a mess thats going to take years. I can understand that this result is good news but what about the long term future. I would be much happier if SHV went into a rights issue to get a war chest together to be a player and see what they can grab.I would love to get in but everything that comes out about the whole TIM saga seems to have a problem and looks like a real challenge to make commercial. Would love more comment on this because it could be a good one.
